This will be a regular meeting of the Board of Directors. The Executive Session, which is not open to Members, will begin at 6:30 p.m.
The Annual Meeting, which is open to all Members, will commence with the counting of the ballots at 6:45 p.m. The regular Open Session of the Board of Directors Meeting will take place immediately following the vote count.
